100% Chardonnay produced from Cuis, Chouilly and Justice (Epernay). This release is a blend of 2014, 2015 and 2016 and disgorged in July 2019 (5 g/l). As always, the very elegant nose suggests green apples and white flowers. On the palate, the wine is both creamy and firm, with a fine mineral structure. The flavors evolve with more white flowers, green apples, minerals, and lemon zest, and the long finish is carried by lively acidity and the velvety, persistent mousse. Hard to imagine anything more refreshing, this is quite superb!
