De Sousa has outstanding sites in the best terroirs of the Côte de Blancs (Avize, Cramant,
and Oger). With old vines (average 45 years), they farm their vineyards biodynamically and
organically. Over the past decade, the winemaking – under Erick de Sousa – has reached the
highest levels of sophistication. The resulting wines are remarkable for their elegance and
balance but also their intensity.
50% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir, 10% Pinot Meunier. This wine has an intense earthiness intermingled with its pear and citrus fruit notes. Cracking quality.
