The Barringwood Estate Pinot Gris 2019 is a bright, clear, pale straw colour with tinges of green. The nose hints aromas of citrus and pears. The palate is with lemon and pear with floral notes. A long clean backbone of bright cool climate acidity and minerality. Pair this wine with white fleshed fish, molluscs, pork belly, fresh curd goats cheese. Enjoy now or cellar for the next 3-5 years.
