Description

40 – 45 year old vines of Chenin Blanc grown on schist. Harvested at 17-18% potential alcohol and bottled with 140 grams of residual sugar. These grapes  are harvested from several parcels in Rablay with advanced Botrytis. Vinified in tank, kept at 2 degrees for a week before being bottled in the spring with a dose of 30mg of SO2 .
